Welcome to the Smith Block apartments. Situated in the center of historic downtown Brandon, Vermont, the Smith Block was built in 1889. The 1st floor has long been occupied by retail businesses, and currently is the home to the Brandon House Of Pizza and the Aubuchon hardware store.
Over the past 130 years, the 2nd and 3rd floors have housed many businesses and functions, including a dance studio, pharmacy, dry goods store, dentist’s office, the Masons, the Grange, and more.
We've renovated these 2nd and 3rd floors into 12 modern apartments you will love to call home. These two-bedroom apartments range in size from 750 to 1230 square feet, and were made available for occupancy in September 2019.
